My name is Isabela Presedo-Floyd, but most people identify me by my pink hair decorated with a flower. I currently study graphic design at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and live on the Central Coast year-round where I pick up all the design work I can get.
As a student, I love to learn and tackle obstacles. Even if it’s work I’ve never heard of, I’m willing to give it a shot. Personally, I enjoy strong typography, vibrant colors, and when I can get the gist of what a work is communicating instantly. I began designing because I wanted a career that would allow for interdisciplinary exploration, so I love to work with all the amazing things people do that aren’t just design. This means anything from explaining the sustainable potential of kelp farming via informational poster to helping people learn more about the typography they encounter everyday. I love information, and I love making it accessible to other people even more.
